terms of service

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we have established the following rules of use (hereinafter referred to as "these rules") in accordance with Article 9 of our Accommodation Agreement.

1. Regarding meals (most important)

• Simultaneous Start: Dinner starts at the same time for all guests. If you arrive late, we may not be able to serve the dishes up to that point. Even if we determine that it is difficult to serve the meal due to a significant delay, we will not be able to issue a refund.

• Fragrance: Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume. Depending on the situation, we may refuse to serve you a meal (no refunds will be given).

• Allergies: We may not be able to accommodate widespread or severe allergies. We also cannot accommodate requests made on the day of service.

2. Regarding the use of guest rooms and facilities within the hotel

Please refrain from using the facilities for purposes other than accommodation, ordering from outside restaurants, or bringing in outside food and drinks.

We respectfully decline any monetary or gift-giving to our employees.

Employees may enter your room if necessary for operational purposes (such as managing the bath temperature or providing room service).

3. Regarding photography and social media

We do not allow photography for commercial purposes.
Please refrain from taking or posting photos that infringe on the privacy of other customers or employees.

4. Smoking and Fire Prevention

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises. The use of fire in guest rooms is also prohibited.
Please charge mobile batteries and other devices within your sight.

5. Personal belongings and lost items

Please be sure to store your valuables in the in-room safe.

The handling of lost and found items at our museum is as follows:

  • Food and beverages (opened): Dispose of immediately.

  • Food and beverages (unopened): Dispose of after 1 day of storage.

  • Personal belongings (clothing, accessories, etc.): Stored for 14 days, then disposed of.

  • Valuables and items containing personal information: After 30 days of storage, we will report them to the police in accordance with the law.

6. About Parking

The hotel is not responsible for accidents or theft in the parking lot, or for any valuables found inside vehicles.

7. Dress code and attire

Smart casual attire is recommended.

Casual attire such as shorts and sandals may be discouraged.

8. Regarding settlement

Accommodation charges and other fees can be paid in Japanese yen cash, by credit card, or by any other method approved by the hotel.

9. Using Wi-Fi

When using our Wi-Fi, illegal activities, cyberattacks, and acts that violate public order and morals are prohibited.

10. Closure and Evacuation

In the event that operations are disrupted due to natural disasters such as typhoons or other unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to close the facility or request that you vacate it.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

These regulations may be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Any changes will be published on our website or other designated platforms.
